During these strange and challenging times I am offerring online sessions via Skype or Zoom.
The next Mindfulness 8 week programme that I will be delivering will be an online course via ZOOM commencing on Monday May 4th from 7pm-9pm.

I am passionate about supporting people to live happier, more fulfilled lives through mindfulness based coaching and therapy.
Mindfulness is becoming an increasingly 'hot topic' in psychology at the moment. It is well respected as a powerful therapeutic intervention for successfully managing depression, stress and anxiety.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a very effective mindfulness-based therapy which has been proven to achieve results with supporting empirical evidence. It is also an effective intervention that can be used for life coaching.

The mind and body are interconnected and research shows that many illnesses arise when our bodies experience a state of ‘dis-ease’. Stress, anxiety, depression and chronic unhappiness can have a major impact on our health and wellbeing.
I believe that we all have the resources within us to achieve behavioural change and the sessions that I deliver are committed to your achievement.
My coaching and therapy programmes aim to remove the barriers and limiting beliefs that hinder the change process, allowing you to live a happier, more meaningful and valued life.
Private sessions can also be delivered over Skype or Zoom if proximity is a difficulty for you.
