Insomnia Coaching

Not being able to sleep can cause much disruption and stress to our lives as well as affecting our health and well-being.

This programme aims to restore regularity to one's sleeping habits by use of the following techniques:
 
  •   Meditation to calm the mind and gain control over thoughts
  •   Learn how to give up the paradoxical intention and struggle with sleeping
  •   Discover unblocking techniques that can gain an insight into what is causing you not to sleep
  •   Learn how to defuse from any troublesome thoughts that prevent you from sleeping
  •   Dealing with stress and how this is the cause of many people's sleepless nights
  •   Using Mindfulness techniques to be more aware of our troublesome thoughts that can cause       insomnia
  •   Release negative emotions related to past trauma and events using Trauma Incident     Reduction (TIR)
  •   Visualisation and Progressive Muscle Relaxation Techniques
