Health Coaching

The  health coaching programme supports people to improve their health and well-being. It's aim is to restore, mental clarity, calmness, to improve our energy levels and so restore wholeness to the mind and body.

The mind and body are inter-connected so what affects one will affect the other. By achieving fitness for the mind will also increase our health in our body. Please look at the Stress at Work page for more information on the many harmful effects that stress has on both the mind and body.
